The appellee filed an action against the appellant asserting that by virtue of two judgments dated January 3, 1933, on actions commenced October 1, 1932, foreclosing two mechanics liens filed August 6, 1932, for labor begun March 30, 1932, the appellee held a prior lien against certain real estate to which the appellant claimed title by virtue of a sale of said real estate by the sheriff on decretal orders, made in three judgments dated October 24, October 26 and November 26, 1932, foreclosing three corporation employees liens, which had been filed on September 8, and September 9, 1932, for work alleged to have been done in the latter part of July and first part of August, 1932.
